1968 Chevrolet Camaro

This Camaro was restored to an attractive driver standard in 2000 and driven fewer than 5,000 miles since. It's finished in correct LeMans Blue Metallic. It features a 327 ci crate motor with an aluminum Edel brock intake, Holley four-barrel carb, chrome Edelbrock valve covers and long tube headers. Optioned with a Turbo 350 three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power drum brakes and modern Vintage Air (A/C) system.

Most of the interior was replaced during the restoration with new upholstery, rubbers, console, dash pad, door cards and headliner. Additional gauges were tucked in at the back of the console and a modern stereo was fitted. The result is a classy and correct look -- some SS dress up bits, SS white stripes and a cowl hood are a nice touch.

Extensive records accompany this car dating back to the restoration -- several thousand dollars have been invested since in service and repair work including brakes, springs, driveshaft rebuild, power steering system rebuild, ball joints and more. Fresh tune up, oil change, carb rebuild and battery. Looks, runs and drives great -- ready for touring or local shows.
